Please, read carefully the following terms and conditions, regarding the use of our online store, hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”, before you decide to use it.
The products being sold by the WEBSITE “ONE MILLION BRAND” - registered according to the Commerce law of Republic Bulgaria, whose registered office is at Sofia, 32 Smarch street and with address for correspondence: Sofia, 32 Smarch street, offers items for sale.
With the following terms and conditions of the sale between “One million brand”, hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”, and the “CLIENT” - that is the party or individual who uses and makes the purchase on the Website.
In order to use the WEBSITE, you need to agree to the following Terms and conditions. The acceptance shall be concluded by marking the field “I agree to the terms and conditions”, right before finalizing your order.
Description of the services
The WEBSITE offers the CLIENT the opportunity to make online requests for purchasing designer items by the brand NIIXA, presented with detailed descriptions and images accompanying the information regarding a product, as well as the opportunity to purchase the products you’v chosen in a fast, easy and convinient way. The following shall be deliverd to the address stated in the order.
We make every reasonable effort to present adequately our products, including their composition and colors. The color you see depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors correctly.
Available items

Registration
You can make purchases on the WEBSITE as a “Guest” or as a “Registrated” customer.
By making a registration via email, you save time filling name, telephone number and address each time you shop, and meanwhile you also receive certain benefits such us learning first/ in advance for our special offers and discounts.
Purchase request
The products, selected by the CUSTOMER with a buying intention shall be added to his “CART”. By adding a specific product to the “CART” is done by clicking on its name or on the image of the item followed by choosing the option “BUY”.
Placing an order shall be done by fully completing the relevant form, attached to the WEBSITE.
In the order automatically is described the type, quantity as well as the exact amount (inclusive of taxes and VAT) of the products, according to the content of the “CART” of the customer.
By filling the purchase request form the CUSTOMER agrees to the provide true and accurate information.
After a confirmation from our part by phone, in 24 hours your order shall be send in the agreed time terms or shall be canceled by us, in case the customer has not accepted the delivery time.
Right to refuse delivery
“ ONE MILLION BRAND” saves the right to refuse the delivery of a certain product due to technical, organizational issues or incorrect behavior of the customer. This refusal shall be expressed by sending a message to the CUSTOMER to his indicated email address.
Conditions for returns
ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯТ има право да върне или замени артикул от САЙТА за сметка на ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЯ, в рамките на 14 календарни дни от момента на доставката в посочения от него куриерски офис или адрес само и единствено при посочените по-долу условия:
1. Стоката е в първоначалния си вид, не е била използвана, прана и е с НЕнарушен ЕТИКЕТ и ПЛАСТМАСОВА БРАНДИРАНА ПЛОМБА с логото на NIXA.

“ONE MILLION BRAND” shall arrange to refund the CLIENT for the whole amount paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving back the product (by ONE MILLION BRAND).
The refund of the paid amount via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction – by “cash on delivery” payment option – in the moment of delivery or by transferring the debited amount.
Intellectual property rights and use of news
The content on the WEBSITE - databases, texts, images, graphics, models, designs, logos and others - is protected by copyright and related rights within the meaning of the Bulgarian Act on Copyright and Related Rights, as well as by the rights protected by the Bulgarian Marks and Geographical Indications Act (MGIA), held by NIXA media.
No part of the WEBSITE may be reproduced in any form, for any purpose and in any media or computer environment without the written consent by the brand’s owner of the intellectual property right - "ONE MILLION BRAND" EOOD. Any illegal use of the content of the WEBSITE should be interpreted as a violation of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Marks and Geographical Indications Act and other applicable laws in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The news on this website are intended only for personal information of USERS. Therefore their further use for other purposes such as publication, reproduction, any form of commercial use, as well as retransmission to third parties in full, partial or revised form, without the written approval of "ONE MILLION BRAND" EOOD is prohibited.
Personal data and their protection "ONE MILLION BRAND" EOOD is not a personal data administrator registered under the Personal Data Protection Act, as of May 25 2018 the obligation for registration of PCAs in the CPDP has been dropped. As of this date, there is no need to submit applications for registration, applications for exemption from registration and applications for deletion from the register of the CPDP.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the USER agrees to the use of "cookies" by "ONE MILLION BRAND", which help us to provide you with the best service possible.
Responsibility
"ONE MILLION BRAND" makes every effort to maintain accurate, precise and up-to-date information on the WEBSITE, without excluding the possibility of accidental inconsistencies or omissions.
